The Nuclear Energy and Sharing Act

Article 1.

The Kaiser of the German European Empire and the Bundesrat, in the interests of all citizens of the Reich, following the vote of the Bundesrat and the Reichstag, introduces this Act on construction of nuclear plants in the Reich.

Article 2.

The German European Empire begins the construction of nuclear power plants across the Empire.

Article 3.

The construction sites will be designated by the Bundesrat and approved by the Kaiser.

Article 4.

The German European Empire is launching The Nuclear Sharing Program across the Reich and imposes obligation on every Constituent State of the Reich to comply with all regulations that will be written and approved by the Bundesrat and the Kaiser.

Article 5.

This Act shall enter into force 7 days after signature given by the Kaiser.
