The Capital of the Reich Act

Article 1.

The Kaiser of German European Empire and the Bundesrat, in the interests of all citizens of the Reich, following the vote of the Bundesrat and the Reichstag, establishes Berlin as a capital of the German European Empire.

Article 2.

The Main Office of the Bundesrat is established in Berlin.

Article 3.

The Main Office of the Reichstag is established in Berlin.

Article 4.

The Kaiser of German European Empire imposes the obligation for every public building of the Reich administration to display the flags of the German European Empire and all the Constituent States of the Reich.

Article 5.

This Act comes into force on the day it is signed by Kaiser.
