Subject: LGBTQIA+ Rights Update


As part of the inclusiveness campaign of 2021 my administration has been hard at work providing further rights and protections for those in the LGBTQIA+ community. This includes moving the voice of the LGBTQIA+ community to the front of international discussion, we are hard at work to ensure that people are able to express their love for each other without denial from anyone we align ourselves with.

Alongside this, we have established the Cameron Campaign, allowing for those who identify as non-binary to be recognised legally by both state and federal government. Passports, government websites and other such areas will - instead of having 'male' or 'female' - now sport various pronouns, which will be updated accordingly and regularly. The Cameron Campaign is in works with our medical services to provide free treatment for those who are transgender. Including, but not limited to gender reassignment surgery and hormonal therapy.

We have also upped the punish-ability for homophobia and transphobia to include jail time dependant on how severe their actions were. This can be anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

The next goals of myself and Vice President Owens is to work on the rights of women and ethnic minorities within the nation.
