Treaties of the Hyperborean Empire (NPCs)


Treaty of Subspais- December 10, 11898
  • Brasilistan hereby relinquishes all claims of sovereignty over and title to Sacramento. Upon Brasilistan’s departure, Sacramento shall be occupied by the Hyperborean Empire, which shall assume and discharge any obligations of international law by its occupation.

  • Brasilistan shall cede San Lorenzo and the other islands under Brasilistanian sovereignty in the Antillean as well as the island of Macross in the Macross Islands to the Hyperborean Empire.

  • Brasilistan shall cede the Maxtopia Islands, including the islands within a specified line, to the Hyperborean Empire, and the Hyperborean Empire shall pay to Brasilistan the sum of ᛗ20,000,000.

  • Brasilistan and the Hyperborean Empire hereby agree to cease all hostilities between them effective immediately.


Hay–Pauncefote Treaty- November 18, 11901
  • All citizens of Manamana shall owe allegiance to the Hyperborean Empire.

  • All officers of the Manamananian government shall, prior the discharge of their duties, take an oath recognizing and accepting the supreme authority of the Hyperborean Empire.

  • The public debt of Manamana shall not exceed limits now or hereafter fixed by the Althing of the Hyperborean Empire; and no loans shall be contracted in foreign countries without the approval of the Kaiser of the Hyperborean Empire.

  • The Hyperborean Empire of Vostag shall grant Manamana to domestic programs, including disaster response and recovery and hazard mitigation programs, educational programs and grants, weather and postal services, and transportation and communication administration services.

  • Acts affecting currency, coinage, imports, exports, and immigration shall not become law until approved by the Kaiser of the Hyperborean Empire.

  • Foreign affairs shall be under the direct supervision and control of the Hyperborean Empire.

  • All acts passed by the legislature of Manamana shall be reported to the Althing of the Hyperborean Empire.

  • Manamana recognizes the right of the Hyperborean Empire to operate armed forces in Manamana and to lease or expropriate property for public and military uses. Manamana also recognizes the authority of the Kaiser of the Hyperborean Empire to call the military forces of Manamana to service.

  • Manamana cedes 500 sq. mi. of territory to the Hyperborean Empire for the construction of a canal that is 50 miles long with the claim spanning 5 miles on each side of the future canal.

  • The decisions of the courts of Manamana shall be subject to review by the Supreme Court of the Hyperborean Empire.

  • The Hyperborean Empire may, by proclamation of the Kaiser, exercise the right to intervene for the preservation of the government of Manamana and for the maintenance of the government as provided in the constitution thereof, and for the protection of life, property, and individual liberty and for the discharge of government obligations under and in accordance with the provisions of the constitution.


Bryan–Chamorro Treaty- August 5, 11914
  • All citizens of Val Verde shall owe allegiance to the Hyperborean Empire.

  • All officers of the Val Verdean government shall, prior the discharge of their duties, take an oath recognizing and accepting the supreme authority of the Hyperborean Empire.

Treaty of the Merovingian Vespugia Islands- August 4, 11916
  • His majesty the King of Merovingia by this convention cedes to the Hyperborean Empire all territory, dominion, and sovereignty, possessed, asserted, or claimed by Merovingia in the Antillean Islands including the Vespugia Islands together with the adjacent islands and rocks.

  • The Hyperborean Empire hereby agrees to grant citizenship to all residents of the Vespugia Islands.

  • This cession includes any and all records, archives, papers, and documents of the Merovingian government possesses in regard to the Vespugia Islands.

  • This cession does not include any Merovingian military stores, munitions, or material which shall be stored by the Hyperborean Empire until such time that it can be transported to Merovingia. This cession also does not include any movable contents within government buildings of the Vespugia Islands which shall be stored by the Hyperborean Empire until such time that it can be transported to Merovingia.

  • The Hyperborean Empire hereby agrees to pay the sum of ᛗ25,000,000 within 90-days from the date of exchange.


Forbes-Vincent Treaty- September 16, 11917
  • All citizens of Huella shall owe allegiance to the Hyperborean Empire.

  • All officers of the Huellan government shall, prior the discharge of their duties, take an oath recognizing and accepting the supreme authority of the Hyperborean Empire.

Harding-Peynado Treaty- June 30, 11922
  • All citizens of Republica Libra shall owe allegiance to the Hyperborean Empire.

  • All officers of the Libran government shall, prior the discharge of their duties, take an oath recognizing and accepting the supreme authority of the Hyperborean Empire.

  • The public debt of Republica Libra shall not exceed limits now or hereafter fixed by the Althing of the Hyperborean Empire; and no loans shall be contracted in foreign countries without the approval of the Kaiser of the Hyperborean Empire.

  • The Hyperborean Empire of Vostag shall grant Republica Libra access to domestic programs, including disaster response and recovery and hazard mitigation programs, educational programs and grants, weather and postal services, and transportation and communication administration services.

  • The decisions of the courts of Republica Libra shall be subject to review by the Supreme Court of the Hyperborean Empire.

  • The Hyperborean Empire may, by proclamation of the Kaiser, exercise the right to intervene for the preservation of the government of Republica Libra and for the maintenance of the government as provided in the constitution thereof, and for the protection of life, property, and individual liberty and for the discharge of government obligations under and in accordance with the provisions of the constitution.


Castellan Treaty of Peace and Amity- February 7, 11923
  • All citizens of Anchuria, Costa Concordia, & Los Altos shall owe allegiance to the Hyperborean Empire.

  • All officers of the Anchurian, Costa Concordian, & Los Altosian government shall, prior the discharge of their duties, take an oath recognizing and accepting the supreme authority of the Hyperborean Empire.
