Rhine Kingdom has left IBXToyChat

Due to the overwhelmingly negative perception of IBXToyChat in the nation, Rhine Kingdom has relocated from IBXToyChat to Wysteria.
This is all due in part to:
1. General distaste of other nations in the region;
2. Yearn to join a region that is quiet and friendly;
3. Dislike of the founder/WA delegate’s “iron fist rule” over the region;
4. Infrequent insults from other nations and Rhine Kingdom itself.
Though communications will be increasingly difficult to carry out, Rhine Kingdom is still allies with Karnitia, Jafkuf, Snorfia, and Teguccigalpaa.
