In Constitutione Libertatis

On this 27th of November, 2020, a Confederation of nations united for the purpose of defending the mutual principles of liberty, freedom, perseverance, and self-determination from the growing expanses of authoritarianism and centralization. This confederation, its member nations, and its People hold the following Rights and Principles to be infallible, unchanging, and inherent to the human condition:

• The right to determine one’s state of affairs and destiny shall be reserved for them alone,

• The right to express and associate oneself with any cause and/or movement wholly and unreservedly,

• The right to defend oneself effectively against both their fellow person and any agent of a government and/or state, for the protection of themselves, their fellow person, and for any agent of a government and/or state,

• The right of the worker to the product of his own labor, independent of exploitation or fraudulence,

• The right of the people to self-actualize, to self-identify, to express and present themselves as they so choose,

• The principle of anonymity in the midst of private and public affairs, unhindered by restrictions on use of pseudonym, software, or clothing to disguise one's identity,

• The right to private conduct found therein, undeniable by the prying eye of any state or its agents,

• The principle of free access to knowledge and information, unconstrained by limitation or false claims of ownership of ideas,

• The right to fair, participatory, unhindered, and representative elections and referendums,

• The principle of democracy therein, such that the people should have full right to determine the course of their nation, and

• That all rights and freedoms are only valid as long as one is willing and capable of fighting for their continuation.

In honouring the above principles, this confederation concurs that:

• This confederation shall vote for a nation acting as the regional President with the Executive authority to govern all aspects of this region for a term period of one month, after which a new election shall be called; no Presidential nation may serve for more than four terms per year or two consecutive terms,

• The position of the nation acting as the World Assembly Delegate with non-executive authority shall be subject to an election every six months; no World Assembly Delegate nation may serve for more than two consecutive terms,

• The position of the nation acting as the Workers’ Ambassador with the authority to expel and ban nations from this confederation and the purview to oversee foreign relations with other regional bodies shall be subject to an election every one month; no nation acting as the Worker’s Ambassador may serve for more than two consecutive terms; and no Workers’ Ambassador nation may serve for more than four terms per year,

• The position of the nation acting as the Liberation Representative with the authority to communicate to and behalf of this region and present polls on behalf of this confederation, shall be subject to an election every one month; no nation acting as the Liberation Representative may serve for more than two consecutive terms; and no Liberation Representative nation may serve for more than four terms per year,

• The relationship between the regional government and the national government and People of a nation is one of mutual respect, cooperation, and of embracing free enterprise.

• The will of the representatives and People of a supermajority comprising at least 75% of voting nations in a referendum by regional polling shall be required to make any changes to any content within this Constitution; amendments may be presented in any suitable forum as long as they are deemed by the author's peers to be of high merit and cause.

We hereby declare these principles, tenets, and inherent qualities to be true and representative of our united Confederation, and hope that our example is emulated across the world through voluntary transition and the overthrow of repressive regimes.
