BCK Weirdness Index

The BCK weirdness index will rank BCK nations based on three fields, 2 of which will award a total of 33 points and 1 will award 34 points. The first field is how weird and wacky/out of the ordinary their IC nation is, based off of stats, names and factbooks. A total of 34 points will be awarded out of this field. The second field is how wacky and surreal their average RMB post is, if they are active on the RMB. If the nation has not posted on the RMB, this field will be null. A total of 33 points will be awarded. The third and final field is how weird and surreal their nation flag is, (i.e. does it have a rainbow like aesthetic, is it an unordinary shape etc.). This field will award 33 points. If there isn't sufficient enough information on a nation, their column will be considered null. Without further ado, here is the BCK Weirdness Index!
