Gallery of Delegates of Africa

Chungilio

1st Term: May 9, 2014 - 6th Term: Oct 13, 2017

The first delegate of documented African history, Chungilio served a total of 6 non-consecutive terms, the longest of which was 334 days. Added together, Chungilio served a total of 689 days making him the longest-serving delegate in African history. Chungilio was unseated during the Roman-Black Hawks Invasion of 2017, though was briefly reinstated before the liberation. After the liberation of Africa, Chungilio continued to serve as Africa’s first Vice Delegate in the first Mombombu Administration.

Phazania

Oct 14, 2017

Phazania was briefly delegate during the Roman-Black Hawks Invasion of 2017. This was incidental. As votes were being shuffled around in order to make Mombombu Delegate, Phazania happened to briefly possess the most votes and as a result of serendipitous timing, unknowingly ended up as delegate for one day.

Mombombu

Oct 15, 2017 - Apr 6, 2019

While merely another resident prior to the Invasion, Mombombu rose to the level of second longest-serving Delegate after organizing a liberation against the invaders. After ejecting the invaders from Africa, he would go on to re-establish regional democracy, increase border security, and draft a new constitution. Mombombu was re-elected multiple times on the promise of keeping Africa safe from invasion. Near the end of the administration, the Founder, United Faiths returned to Africa, allowing a sense of stability and a relaxation of border controls.
Though Africa was founderless for the majority of his tenure, Mombombu lead the region through its harshest challenges and was able to make possible the peace and stability it would enjoy in the coming months.

Zeo

Apr 7, 2019 - July 5 2019

Zeo had run for delegate once before, being defeated by Mombombu, but was so talented that he was brought on board as the region’s first Roleplay Officer. Through the hard work of the administration and the return of the Founder, the ground had been laid for what many Africans considered to be a golden era in modern African history. Running again, Zeo found himself victorious and in charge of an Africa that was ready for change.
While the previous administration had been focused on preservation, this one was focused on expansion.
In concert with Mombombu and United Faiths, Zeo drafted a new constitution that is still the legal framework of our region today.
Under his leadership Africa became a founding member of the Assembly of Regions, expanded to offsite forums and Discord, and entered in to a roleplay renaissance.
Unfortunately, tragedy struck when Founder United Faiths ceased to exist. Not long after that Zeo fell into inactivity in a time when Africa most needed leadership.
In accordance with the Constitution he helped write, Zeo became the first delegate to be impeached and was removed from office for inactivity.
