Article 10

§1. The Chancellory is elected by the citizens of the Empire at the beginning of every new Regency, alongside other officers of the Regency.
1.1 Any citizen of The United Empires of Carson at time of election may run for the position
1.2 The Chancellor shall be decided by voting in a manner in which the canidate with the least support is removed from the next round,
this will continue until one Candidate has at least 51% of the votes.

§2. The Chancellory is the leader of the Cabinet.
2.1 The Chancellory oversees the operation of the Civil Service and government agencies.
2.2 The Chancellory can appoint any citizen to fill an office in the Civil Service.
2.3 The Regency and Assembly, alongside the Emperor, reserves the right to call for the impeachment any member of any public office.

§3. In the events of the absence of The Chancellor, the current Lord Regent shall assume the position until the return of The Chancellor or until the ending of the emergency election in the event The Chancellor will be MIA for the remainder of their term.
