Grev: a happy haven, or the government can't be bothered?

Is Grev a happy haven absent of electronic surveillance? Or is it that the government can't be bothered? Which one is it?

There has been recent evidence that the government actually has a life! So when its not governing, its working on other cool stuff that has nothing to do with Grev. What, you think the government should work 24/7? Well, Grev has some basic labor laws.

So does this mean the citizens of Grev are denied a 100% involved government? Indubitably. But are they suffering? No. They are enjoying a lack of electronic surveillance.

So, is it a happy haven, or a government that can't be bothered? The answer is, it's both.
