Strengthening Powers Act

This law grants our monarch(yea we accidentally became an absolute monarchy) absolute control over all affairs so basically absolute power over the country, now there's no legislative chamber but our monarch has decided that it would be really epic to use this absolute powers to make the laws previously passed during the reorganization of government period actually do pass. So yeah our glorious Monarch is going to try to ensure freedoms for all our citizens so that's why he keeps the name of "The President" instead of glorious supreme leader. Anyways this law will surely be approved because it was already in effect even before it was approved so yeah.
