Not denoted on the map: Pelee Island is claimed by the Reich.

II. The waterways of the lakes are to be considered sovereign territory on an east-west plane thirty miles beginning from the southernmost point of Reich territory. Federation vessels traveling the lakes are bound to the following restrictions:
- Maximum caliber armament of 20mm
- Subject to search at the Strait of St. Clair
- Weapons and troops are restricted from passing the strait; failure to heed will result in seizure of personnel and materials.
III. Lastly, the Reich agrees to assist the Federation in their Project Lac Clair.
