Confederation of Corrupt Dictators - UCEOTW Non-Aggression Pact

Preamble:

The following is a formal agreement between the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators and the United Christian Empires of the West and their dependancies (the United Christian Empires of the East and the United Christian Empires of the North).

In this agreement, the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators shall be referred to as the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators, the Confederation or the CCD and the United Christian Empires of the West and it’s dependancies shall be referred to as the United Christian Empires of the West, the United Christian Empires or the UCEOTW.

In this agreement, the Confederation shall be represented by Depackya, the Mouth and Will of the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators and Valerox, the Lord Secretary and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators and the UCEOTW shall be represented by Dominant Oppressors, the Founder and Imperator of the United Christian Empires of the West and Xukong, the WA Delegate and Imperial Councillor of Economy and Narrative of the United Christian Empires of the West.

The purpose of this agreement is to establish the friendship of our two regions in writing and to agree to never engage in military actions against each other.

Articles:

I.I: The Confederation and the UCEOTW will never engage in open (either direct or indirect) military conflict against each other (this includes raiding, roleplay-based conflicts and all other military actions that may be fought with these regions in opposition to each other).

I.II: The individual members of the region may not engage in military conflicts against individuals from the other region or the other region itself if said conflict is in someway sanctioned by their region.

I.III: The Confederation and the UCEOTW will never engage in direct diplomatic conflicts agonist each other such as slander campaigns or other actions considered harmful to the region.

I.IV: The individual members of the region may not engage in diplomatic conflicts against individuals from the other region or the other region itself if said conflict is in someway sanctioned by their region.

I.V: Regions are strongly encouraged to support each other in all political, military and diplomatic matters including but not limited to WA involvement, resolutions and raiding.

I.VI: On occasions when one such matter (as in the above clause) is deemed of extreme importance to the region, a signatory from that region must inform another signatory of this and, if it is agreed to be of such a degree of importance, the other region is obligated to aid in whatever way possible.

II.I: As a sign of the good relations between the regions, embassies will be maintained between the regions.

II.II: As another sign of the good relations between the regions, the movement of nations and their citizens between the two regions will be made as easily as possible.

II.III: As a third sign of the good relations between the regions, imports and extorts to and from the regions will be charges as favorable a tariff-rate as possible.

III.I: If either party wishes to disband the agreement, then one of the signatory nations must telegram another from the other region, the relevant parties must then get involved and discussions should ensue until the terms of the agreement’s dissolution are decided.

III.II: If either party wishes to amend the agreement, then one of the signatory nations must telegram all the other signatories and discussions should ensue until the terms of the agreement’s amendment are decided.

May this agreement stand the test of time.
