Overview
Primarily composed of rock and ice this is the moon of Fekron 12. The moon is devoid of life except for highly resistant microorganisms. Gravity is three times weaker compared to that of Fekron 12. Note that the atmosphere is barely breathable. Also, take note that the atmospheric pressure isn’t much lower then Fekron 12.

Terrian
Fekron 12B has mountainous terrain suggesting active tectonic plates. There are frozen over rivers present throughout Fekron 12B meaning human life could be supported. The equator presents a more tundra-like climate due to the fact of the constant exposure of the sun.

Atmosphere

The atmosphere is composed of 78% carbon dioxide suggesting previous volcanic activity on a large scale. The rest of the composition of the atmosphere is 19% oxygen 2% nitrogen and 1% hydrogen.

Climate
The planet's temperature at its poles is approximately -100°C (-148°F) while at the equator the temperature is around -15°C (5°F) allowing a band of tundra to form at its equator. Ash clouds from the volcanic eruptions caused an extrema deep freeze and still lingers. Due to the year-round cold, there isn’t summer.

Habitability?
Yes with the proper equipment. Hydroponic farms will need to be built to create a food supply. Habitats will also need oxygen because the oxygen outside is unbreathable. Exiting the habitat without breathing gear will likely result in extream drowsiness. The atmosphere is rather strong, blocking most cosmic radiation. A pressurized suit will not be needed but thermal wear is required. Melting ice or snow could be a semi-reliable source of water.
