Otto Schmidt is the current leader of The Legion of Mankind and is a very unique one. He is 92 years old.He is an excellent public speaker and a General.

Not much is known about Otto about his early life. We know that he was a General of the Army. If asked he says nothing about his early life.

It all started in The Legion of Mankind. Kaiser Klein the First had just died and a election was held. A man who looked young for his age rode in the polls and vowed to bring the legion into prosperity. He said he will claim an allegiance with New Makasta and the DoP. To end the war and violence in the Legion. Soon after the election was rigged and his opponent won.... unbeknownst to the public then. Otto found out and decided to kill the opponent and rig a coup. The coup was successful and he called himself Führer Schmidt. A civil war followed with Seto Ryuu helping out ending the war in the battle of Schmidt city. It was pronounced that Otto was shot in the back 300 times by Kaiser Klein the Second. After that he roamed the afterlife he contacted Jack Serith of Grand Warlord Imperium and struck a deal. Otto would help him and he would gain immortality and youthfulness again. Otto agreed and gained his 24 year old self but maintaining his wisdom he collected over the years. Otto was put back on Galria and hid in seclusion for some time. He developed powers like telekinesis, lightning, and many other things... he could also save others from dying. A year or so back... after Kaiser Klein II died, a Democracy rose, got taken over by a monarchy and then a republic took over. Otto rose from the darkness and gained a massive army..... all hidden in darkness. He stole from the Legion Republic and stole from everyone. He took over a Space colony and the world saw him again. He roamed in space for a while before making his way down In enough time for another coup.... this time this would end in Triple Strikes death and the legion becoming an Empire again. Which leads us to present events.

Otto Schmidt has increased the military by a long shot, made them elite, civilians can now have jobs in the emergency services, and more housing. He has also made diplomatic ties to DeltaSource and swore the Dragons of Power as a natural enemy of the Legion. He is manipulative and powerful. He has successfully defeated the DoP with help of Wyverns forces and is now enacting Martial Law over the DoP lands. Recently with the capture of Kurt Goetze and the overall destruction of the old government. Kurt has been locked up and being held for crimes against the government.
Policies

• Conscription
  Everyone at the age of 17 must join the military for at least 20 years of service. They will stay in service if in times of war.

• One Party
  If a person or a group are found to be creating a political party will be arrested and dealt with accordingly. The only party allowed is the Legion Above All Party.

• Government Controlled Media
  Any Media must undergo inspection by officials. The music department is more open to others but is still looked at.
