The United Republics Constitution
With the officiation of this document, all government officials from here all the way to the URH’s demise shall follow these rules so the people of Hellcatia can have a true and pure government.
Amendment I:Power will be split between the President, the National Assembly, and the Overseer Ward. This balance of power will keep each branch of the government in check so not one overpowers another.
Amendment II:The President of the URH will be the main figure head and representative of Hellcatia on the international stage but will hold about 30% of the power within the government.
Amendment III:The National Assembly is a massive congressional council made up of 1,000 representatives from the many republics that make up the URH. These representatives will help make laws, and important decisions for the URH. However, they will hold around 30% power in the government.
Amendment IV: The Overseer Ward is a massive government agency that is task with enforcing the constitution and overseeing the government for any corruption. Though, unlike the President and National Assembly, the Overseer Ward will have 40% of the power within the government.
Amendment V:The President and members of the National Assembly can create new laws but must pass through the Overseer Ward in order to become new laws.
Amendment VI:If a President or any person in a position of power is deemed unworthy to lead Hellcatia then the National Assembly has the right to cast a vote between its member and the public and if majority rule then that person shall be outed from power.
Amendment VII:Healthcare shall be provided for free to every living being in the URH to ensure everyone has access to Hellcatian healthcare.
Amendment VIII:Education shall be provided for completely free from elementary all the way to university and beyond.
Amendment IX:Every being in the URH has a right to free speech and can say whatever they want though any violent remarks or threats will not be protected by this section.
Amendment X:URH citizens will have the right to freedom of religion and legally can not be discriminated against.
Amendment XI:Robots or AI that are citizens in the United Republics will hereby be recognized as equals to organic beings in law and shall not be discriminated against.
Amendment XII:In order for change to enacted in the nation the public must be able to show the government that they are displeased with their actions. With that in mind, from this day forward people will have the right to protest though are limited to only peaceful protest.
Amendment XIII:In the United Republics, every women of any age have the right to abortion or contraception
Amendment XIV:Citizens of the United Republics have the right bear arms though are limited to small, concealed carry handguns only.
All industries must follow strict government regulations on how they must run their businesses. This includes the following.
Amendment XV:Children can not be legally be employed as workers until they reach the minimum age of 17, at which they will only be able to work about 6 or 5 hours every day.
Amendment XVI:To preserve the environment and beauty of our many planets, it is illegal for business to dump waste or pollute these worlds.
Amendment XVII:Companies must pay their workers a minimum of 270k Ps. In order to ensure every Hellcatian is able to afford basic necessities.
Amendment XVIII:Companies must provide adequate Union representation for every employee they hire.
Amendment XIX:Companies must provided adequate safety precautions and failsafes for employees when working in a unstable environment.
