Fallout Character Sheet
Inspired by the lore and personality of Fallout 1, Fallout 2, Black Isle’s New Vegas, Bethesda’s Fallout 3 & Fallout 4.

Below is a list of common items found throughout the wasteland. Some particular objects or consumables affect players, creatures and enemies in a multitude of ways, or have select conditions to use.
Use meta-knowledge on crops to determine if they're suitable in your RP, e.g. barrel cactus fruit is found only on the West Coast, avoid including it appearing in the Boston Commonwealth or the like.

Weapons for NPCs
To prevent having to go into detail on NPCs, they abide by the following:
Melee Weapons - Deadly at close range, targets may bleed.
Pipe Weapons - Targets receive blunt damage and have a higher chance of being knocked out.
Submachine - Spray at medium-range; use costly amount of ammo.
Automatic - Better targeting at medium to long-range, able to handle explosives.
Rifled - Deadly at long range.
Energy Weapons - Targets take advanced burn damage from laser and plasma attacks.
Heavy Weapons - Extremely deadly at close to medium-range, explosive attacks; use costly amount of ammo.



Armor


While people may wear any clothing, actual armor is what protects your character.

Leather
Standard - Protects from basic harm, simple scratches.
Sturdy - Can handle bite damage.
Heavy - Wearer does not take slashing damage unless with a special weapon.

Metal
Standard - Avoids slashing and bite damage; wearer susceptible to the elements.
Sturdy - Any stabbing attacks have a chance to catch weapon in armor.
Heavy - Increases energy resistance, wear is protected from stabbing attacks.

Combat
Standard - Protects against bite damage, slashing damage, stab damage and hinders explosives.
Sturdy - Adds protection against acidic damage.
Heavy - Diminishes the effects of energy attacks.

Armor for NPCs
To prevent having to go into detail on NPCs, they abide by the following:
Leather Armor - Powerful enough to avoid basic melee attacks.
Metal Armor - Able to withstand small arms fire.
Combat Armor - Military capable, actively uses cover.



Power Armor


Requires accessible power armor frame and core strength of 4 to use. Can wear solely the frame.

Power Armor for NPCs
To prevent having to go into detail on NPCs, they abide by the following:
Frame - Protects fully against melee slashes and bites.
Raider Power Armor - Protected from melee damage, small arms fire; causes melee damage to attackers.
T-45 - Wearer protected from ballistic weapons.

Chems
Addictol - Immediately cures all addictions; very rare and valuable.
Antivenom - If taken quickly, reverses the effects of Cazadore, Nightstalker, and Stingwing attacks. Craftable
Buffout - Increases strength by 2 points, characters have more intense melee attacks; an addicting chem, characters are always fatigued if addicted / -2 strength & endurance. / Craftable
Cateye - Character's perception increases by 2 points, and ability to see in the dark; an addicting chem, characters are sensitive to daylight if addicted / -2 perception.
Jet - Asdf / Craftable
Fixer - Temporarily cures addictions; rare chem.
Healing Powder - Character rejuvenates stamina at the risk of -2 perception. / Craftable
Hydra - Heals ONLY one target limb.
Med-X - Will fully heal character over a 72-hour time period. / Craftable
Mentats - Increase charisma and intelligence by 2; an addicting chem, characters suffer locking joints / -2 agility and endurance.
Psycho - A rage-increasing drug that makes characters aggressive towards everything, +4 strength & endurance; psycho is always addicting, users immediately cripple limb on injection site when it wears off / all S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats capped at 4. / Craftable
Radaway - Improves radiation resistance.
Rad-X - Users recover from radiation damage.
Super Stimpak - Non-addicting, heals users in just 15 minutes.
Stimpaks - An addicting chem, stimpaks heal users over the course of an hour; those addicted contract a disease that weakens their endurance to 2. / Craftable

Alternate Consumables
Doctor's Bag - Recovers all crippled limbs.
Stealth Boy - Creates an invisibility field for two minutes; can be addicting, those afflicted weaken their intelligence to 2.
