[size=400][color=1A83FA][font=cursive]My[/size][/font][/color] [size=200]fellow Africans, our long regional nightmare is finally over. Tonight I can announce to the region and to the world that Africa has been refounded as the result of a secret operation know as Operation: Rain Drop.

With the assistance of The [region]Assembly of Regions[/region], the government of Africa was able to sneak refugees out of the region under the guise of a [url=https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=1238991]cultural exchange program[/url]. Meanwhile, reinforcements from [region]Southfield[/region] and [region]India[/region] were brought in to assist evacuation efforts. 

These covert actions hid our true intent from raiders, allowing for a decisive victory for Africa. 
Never again shall we suffer the indignity of imperial occupation.
Never again shall we toil founderless and alone.
