Coup Declared! Military Split! Military Police called to action!

In the early hours of June 30th, the Confederate States Armed Forces barged into the office of the Presidency and instituted a coup d'etat. Franklin Johnson has been held hostage in the Confederate White House against his will, and has been sending dispatches and updates to the public describing his situation. Early reports indicate that the President is of good health. His final dispatch was to the Confederate Military Police, ordering them to follow the Articles of the Armed Forces of the Confederacy and resist this unauthorized rebellion of government tyranny. As of 2000 hours this evening, fighting has been reported outside the city limits of Liberty. It is unknown at this point what military assets are fighting, if any, and of what condition and formation they are in.
