"There are nine sins that I could truly consider a sin at all: stupidity, pretentiousness, solipsism, self-deceit, herd conformity, lack of perspective, orthodoxies, counterproductive pride and being a basic b***."
~ Ra'al Aamon

Aamon or Amon, also known as the Baron of Darkness or the Seeker of Power, is a demonic Xenoid Ra'al or Lieutenant General in the Tsel-Tzavak (Shadow Legion). A rank below A'lav (General) which is held by Magnus Diabulus. Aamon as Ra'al is in charge of Zion's military operations and planning such as logistics, tactical manuevers, and troop deployment. Though it is typical for him to go solo in military operations. A mastermind behind the Winter Offensive against the multinational forces of the Earth Union Government (EUG) in Iceland that recaptured the island in a hardfought battle that saw massive casualties on both sides. Spearheaded Operation Crusader where Intermundusian/Intermarian military bases were struck with surgical strikes and important naval military installments scattered across the Atlantic were seized by the Tsel-Tzavak. His origin goes way back to the Solarian era where he was once a military commander serving under Kaizar Viridi I but was banished from the Solarian universe for revolting against him. Landed on Earth for millennia in a hibernation caccoon and worshipped by a select few occultists. Before waking up and joining Cosmos Zion out of convenience.

Amon is viewed and considered as the literal Satan or devil by both humankind and the Omnianist Xenoids. For humankind; he is an ultraviolent demonic-looking extra-terrestrial who serves to keep humanity in place and not to grow complacet with their place in the universe by reminding them of a dangerous threat like him to fear upon. Amon does not care about the Xenoid intention to "civilize" them but viewed himself as the judge of mankind. For the Xenoids, there is no Satanic-like figure but Amon may be the closest the Xenoids has to one. Rebellious against the unjust authority of the Exilarch and the political elite of the Earth Union Government, lives by his prideful and carnal nature, and overall being unorthodox and anti-thetical to the religious orthodoxy espoused by Omnianism. A hardcore nihilist, non-conformist, and freethinker but still manages to fit in with Cosmos Zion which he holds with some degree of loyalty.

Only joined Cosmos Zion by forming a "devil's pact" with Grand Sabhi Eliyahu after realizing that they were the only Xenoids left as well as to satisfy his bloodlust. A weird partnership between the devil and religious alien nomads. Subsequently rising through the ranks and found himself at odds with A'lav Magnus Diabulus.

Early Life

Deformed Flowers
22 December of 0005 IC represented the birth of an Omnianist Satanic-like figure embodying the form of a deformed Xenoid of an unspecified race. That demonic-like extra-terrestrial was born with an inclination to "do evil". It was unknown who his biological parents were but it was widely believed that he was materialized from a primordial soup in the Planet of Karga inside a cave. The larvae of Amon floating on top of the primordial soup beared the horns of the devil which is a trait that all Xenoids don't have. The village believed in an folk religious prophecy that Xenoid children that grew horns are presumed to be the devil's lovechild and would curse the village that they're born in. The villagers amassed a mob of angry pitchforks and marched to the cave in an attempt to kill larvae Amon. When they reached the cave, it suddenly turned into a pupa then a caccoon. Afterwards, Amon emerged from the caccoon and revealed his demonic presence to the mob; all bloodied and feral-like. Looking at the mob's pitchforks, torches, and immediately sensing danger; he massacred them all in this feral-like stage in a grotesque way by slashing them to bits with his claw. This wrath extended to the entire village. He can't be reasoned with and only followed his primal instinct. This was his Imperfect stage of evolution.

Amon's Evolution Into His Perfected Form

He dwelled in the cave for a substantial chunk of his early life and rumors were spreading about a Kargian village that was wiped out due to a "demon" wreaking havoc. Most Solarians back then were either Agnostic or worshippers of the emperor but they never heard of a demon that actually exist and he became some sort of mythological creature. Imperial Solarian authorities dispatched a 20-man Paladin team to scour the area for the whereabouts for the supposed demon. They searched through and through the deepest depths of the cave until a rabid Imperfect Amon ambushed and lashed on them. He cut a Paladin in half and devoured on the ribs of 3 others. However, he was stopped when the combined strength of 16 Paladins pinned him down and tranquilized him. His body was transported back to a scientific facility in Solterra to be examined upon. His abnormal genetics, metamorphosis, and feral-like character traits were studied in order to learn more about a supposed "devil's gene". When that mutated DNA was codified, they used it to create genetically-engineered babies that would carry those genes and traits. However, they all died in childbirth. Amon was the only one to contain that mutated gene. He was dubbed a "Demonic Xenoid".

While he was stored in some sort of chamber filled with FEV, Amon was one of the few highly-classified projects the Solarian were working one other than Magnus himself. So their relationship go way back, even if both of them were unconscious during that time to realize. There, he evolved into his Semi-Perfect form thanks to the assistance of gene therapy from the scientists working there. He developed bits of cognitive function and his mind was conditioned to not attack anybody unless he is ordered to. But still, Amon was put back into the FEV chamber in the labrotary amidst Magnus' break out from the scientific complex. Then Amon was moved to another labrotary and he was immediately out of the chamber and getting the taste of the outside world with a view molded by the Solarians. He pledged loyalty to Kaizar Viridi and was knighted to lead the Viridi's Pride special forces unit due to his sheer brutal strength.

Looking back and after doing a bit of retrospection; he came to embrace his identity as a bloodthirsty Xenoid demon after nearly dying at the hands of superstitious folks that believed him to be one as well as after experiencing prejudice due to his genetic trait.

The Fallen Angel
Amon was initially tasked with tracking down Magnus and getting his head on a platter for Kaizar Viridi but his purpose was changed to do local anti-counter insurgency effort amidst the political upheaval in Solaria. He and his comrades in the Viridi's Pride unit were deployed into the planet of Romekia to guard the planet from any potential uprising. During his post there, he was ruthless in his dealings with rebels or any bandit. Preferred to execute them personally or hold gladiator fights to satisfy his bloodlust. Since he was born this way... He was known for being unforgiving and merciless in his dealings with those who break the rules during the planet's period of martial law but he let the populace to retain their civil liberties and do whatever they want since he is apathetic with politically governing the planet. Many in his unit felt uncomfortable working with a literal demon and the reason for him being posted to a remote planet as well as staying in a low-ranking position was due to this fact. It was only until a rebellion in the planet started that Amon's worldview changed.

Amon Confronts the Kaizar in a Lone Rebellion

An uprising occurred in the island that Viridi's Pride units weren't prepare to handle. Most in the unit advised Amon to take a moderate approach and negotiate with the rebels but Amon wasn't having it as he was preparing for this moment to satisfy his bloodlust. He responded the uprising with launching himself to the rebels and flaying the skin of the rebel leader alive which swiftly killed him. The uprising was quelled with the lack of leadership and Amon was commended for his role in cracking down the rebel group. His compatriots showed disagreement with his conduct during the rebellion. He was then tasked with raiding a scientific complex that was illegally employing and experimenting on children with superxenoid abilities like telekinisis and predictions. That was the supposed mission. He and his crew barged into the complex and held the researches in gunpoint including the children. This reminded him of his years being stuck in a chamber for experimentation and he realized the gravity of the situation when they were given orders from command to kill both the researches and children to erase clues of the government's scientific atrocities committed there. Amon refused out of his empathy for the experimented children. A demon who previously did not felt remorse about killing rebels suddenly had developed the ability to empathize with children that share the same plight as him.

It was at this point that he was exposed to the unjust system and authority of the Solarians, who effectively created him, and this sense of free will manifested to rebel against Kaizar Viridi. He only had the desire to kill people that will put up a good fight, not a bunch of defenseless kids. When he refused to carry out the executions, he was then attacked by his own compatriots who charged him under the grounds of treason and failure to comply with military orders. He ferociously fought back and he was even gravely injured amidst the fight. At the end, the Paladins were beaten to the last man and he approached one of them in order to deliver the death blow. Before he could do it, the Paladin pulls out one grenade to bring him along with him. That grenade failed to kill him but it blew up the entire complex and killed the children as collateral damage. He lamented over their death and picked one of their mangled charred corpse of a girl who happened to carry a rose in hand.

Kaizar Viridi I had been monitoring the situation closely and was smugly looking over the devastated Amon from the comfort of his throne in a spaceship. Either out of prideful vanity or a genuine anger against Kaizar Viridi, he launched himself into his spaceship to personally kill him in a suicide attack in an act of rebellion but a lone demon was no match for a spaceship as it fired beams of purple laser from the cannon. Struck him and gravely injuring him. At that moment, he didn't regret anything and lost the ability to feel pain. His corpse wandered the Vilar System among the rubbles of asteroids that fill the Solarian space. Then, suddenly, his lifeless corpse entered into another universe called the "Milky Way" and his body cast away into Earth like an asteroid around 2050 or 0050 IC in Russia. He fell from the sky like a fallen angel and landed on a cave in the Don-Kuban region of the Caucasian Emirate.

Later Life

False Messiah and Hibernation
Amon descended into Earth through an asteroid carrying small bits of bacterial alien lifeforms after some sort of distortion in the space-time continuum. His asteroid crashed into a cave in the Caucasion region of the Caucasian Emirate. The local village was greeted with an eruption and loud crashing noise as well as the view of a burning meteor crashing into the mountain. Thereby creating a large crater that formed a cave within the mountain. They went to investigate the scene and discovered a giant demonic extra-terrestrial being lying injured in the crater. Amon, still as prideful as ever, believed he was still infallible and offered universal salvation to the Pagan inhabitants of the village. He proclaimed that he was an alien messiah sent to "enlighten" the humans and uplift from their pitiful state. The village refused his offer and was still left perplexed by him. However, a few was enchanted by his words and these few were zealous in their conviction that he, Amon, will fix the world.

An Injured Amon in Hibernation

The now-converted Satanic followers of Amon transported his body to a cave and chained him there where he was worshipped as some sort of shrine. Amon did not like being treated as a stationary object of worship and longed for fully healing himself so he could move again. For the time being, he has to put up with misguided humans who worship as a God and constantly asked for his fiery blessing. He couldn't move and has to bare witness of having some of his limbs being slit in order for "holy" blood to flow from his body and satisfy the lust of his followers. He couldn't utter a word or moan in pain as he was too injured and numb to do so. His followers sang songs of praises to him and even sacrificed humans to him by gutting them out and offering their livers to him. The followers of Amon would regularly terrorize nearby village by kidnapping children and sacrificing them for him. They even went into conflict with some of village militia's. Amon was disgusted by the actions of his zealous worshippers and all of this bloodshed led him to realize that religion is a cursed backward concept. How his soulless followers sycopanthically worship him disgusted him to the core.

Amon fell into a deep state of slumber as part of his Xenoid hibernation process to heal himself. Amidst all of this, his occultist followers went into the trouble with the village militia, mercenaries, and bounty hunters that banded together to remove the Satanic threat. The occultists of Amon prepared their rifles and machetes in order to defend themself. When they came into contact with the militias; they immediately fired hails of bullets on them and a tense gunfight ensued between the two factions. The occultist put up a fierce fight even if they're outnumbered and outgunned. Turned to zealotry in order to help them in battle by partaking in suicidal attacks such as suicide bombings and ambushes to bring down the militiamen along with them to death. However, they were simply no match for the Caucasian soldiers that arrived to put down the conflict and destroy the occult group. A soldier with his old world RPG launched a missile round at the cave during a siege and the boulder rubbles that came from the mountain fell onto the cave entrance. Immediately sealing a sleeping Amon and his followers that then starved to death. Only leaving bones and tales that added intrigue to his name.

The Devil's Pact
Decades have passed since Amon's descent into Earth and subsequent hibernation on 2050 or 0050 IC. His name Amon became some sort of local legend about tales of an interplanetary demon coming down into Earth and offered people to worship him in exchange for salvation. He was then compared to the devil of Abrahamic religions. A few were brave enough to venture into the cave that stored the body of Amon but none ever came out alive. Lead to the assumption that the cave was curse and that Amon is still alive and dwells in there. His body in hibernation mode was left alone for an entire decade until a fateful event happened that changed the landscape of Earth forever...

The remnant Xenoids under the banner of the Hyperion Remnant Fleet arrived on Earth in 2080 or 0080 IC which sparked years long investigation into their existence and then subsequent intercivilizationary conflict between Xenoids and humans when their cover was blown. The sleeping Amon immediately sensed that there was a Xenoid that he could telepathically communicate with during deep slumber. Wondered if they have arrived on Earth in the same way like him. He nursed himself back to health (albeit still frail to move) after years of deep slumber and woke up with such grandeur as the demon of the underworld. He relayed a telepathic message to a nearby Fleet spaceship destroyer and his message was intercepted by intelligence officers of the ship who immediately informed it to military high command.

Subsequently, a search and recover team was dispatched by nearby spaceships of the Fleet where they raced to recover this supposed stranded Xenoid. This was led by Magnus, who was together with him during the experiment and his would-be rival. They executed the operation with absolute secrecy through stealth and he was recovered without much fuss from the Caucasion locals or government. The Tsel-Tzavak soldiers were surprised to see a Xenoid with horns and believed it was the infamous "Devil Xenoid" that once served under Kaizar Viridi I. As he was about to be executed for treason for serving Kaizar Viridi, he explained his situation by stating that he rebelled against the Kaizar and was subsequently banished from Solaria until he landed here. He was in no position to fight so he had to swallow his pride. In turn, the soldiers informed him that the Solarian universe was destroyed and that they are the few Xenoids who managed to escape the Cataclysm. Amon only laughed and told them it would be the start of many things to come. He then buttheads with Magnus in the ship and warned him that he will be his military rival in the future and that he was coming for his position.

Afterwards, he was requested an audience with their leader and he was then transferred to Nibiru in order to meet Grand Admiral Dominus. There, his health was fully taken care of and he recovered and was strong enough to fight yet again. He met with Dominus and egoistically tried to impose himself on an equal level with him and acted domineering around him. Until he was put into his place by Dominus' Esfirot energy that rendered his abilities useless and effectively tamed him. They discussed about their philosophy and theological views with them getting into civilized debates that led to nowhere as well as discussing about the future of the Xenoids. He was told about the Xenoid's desire to find a promised homeland called Cosmos Zion but Amon shut it down as mere fantasy. What he truly wanted is power. Dominus is confronted with the same dilemma like he did with Magnus. Before he could respond, Amon was called by Grand Sabhi Eliyahu in order to meet him into a secluded room in order to discuss matters.

When they walked there, he was immediately attacked by Eliyahu's Esfirot magical power. Eliyahu wanted to test him if he was worthy to serve under him. Yet Amon was on the defense and persisted through his attacks. After the two clash intensely, Amon managed to deliver a blow on Eliyahu and it nearly killed him. When Amon was going to kill him, he was stopped by Eliyahu's remaining Esfirot energy that made him back down. Eliyahu stated he was impressed by Amon's martial skills and offered him if he want to serve under him in exchange for an easy way to rise through the ranks of Tsel-Tzavak. Amon replied that he is a servant of nobody but accepted his offer to join Tsel-Tzavak in order to gain power and satisfy his bloodlust. Eliyahu signed a "Devil's Pact" with Amon where Amon submitted his loyalty to Cosmos Zion. Forming an odd convenant between demon and the religious Omnianist Xenoids.

Ra'al of Cosmos Zion

After making a pact with Grand Sabhi Eliyahu to support his endeavor in the Hyperion - Intermundus Crisis in exchange for power and a position in Tsel-Tzavak of the Hyperion Fleet. Eliyahu agreed to it and promoted him to the position of Ra'al (Lieutenant General) which is a rank below A'lav (General). As Ra'al; he is more often that not the brains of the military rather than a brutish enforcer like Magnus. He is tasked with managing logistics between the Zion's island of Greenland or New Canaan and occupied Iceland as well as a military strategist who devises much of the Tsel-Tzavak's foundational military doctrine and structure.

Amon Arriving at No Man's Land

He is tactically adept and ingenuous with his battle tactics where many would call it as unorthodox for Xenoid standards. Well-versed in strategy and a reader of Sun Tzu's Art of War where he analyzed all 13 chapters in-depth. He is ruthlessly calculative and devillishly charismatic. Earnt the respect among his military comrades for his paternalistic-like attitude as a father to his men and for his merit as a military commander. His good publicity helps with war-time morale. But chastised for his unchivaliristic attitude towards war because he sees war for simply what it is. Man constantly attempting to one-up eachother through senseless violence which he indulges himself in. He doesn't see his service to Tsel-Tzavak as a noble endeavor to uphold the ideals of Cosmos Zion but rather to serve his own needs and satisfy his bloodlust.

Amon is a combat pragmatist who is ruthless in his ways to secure a victory or at least favorable outcome for Zion. Crazily-prepared for any combat situation by being keen on supplying his troops and organizing his strategy before every battle rather than subscribing to the zeal-induced zerg rush tactic espoused by some officers of the Tsel-Tzavak. He always prepares a plan ahead of time. Fittingly for the devil; his strategy specializes in deception and firepower. For deception; he plays on manipulating the enemy's overconfidence to tempt them to make military blunder and to make his army look weak when in reality it is robust coupled with using misinformation to confuse the opponent. Luring them to his traps and seizing the chance to control the tides of the battlefield. For firepower; Amon is in command of an army consisting of a few hundred thousand men. He employs hit-and-run guerilla tactics and superior firepower to substitute manpower with artilleries. The sheer destructive power of Tsel-Tzavak works like a charm for Zion in every battle.

Although prideful in his craft as a military strategist, he ever rarely lets his pride get the best of him in battle and thinks in a composed manner as expected from a reader of the Art of Warfare. He knows when to retreat during a dire situation and when to stop attacking his opponent if victory is already reached without craving for more. He doesn't like seeing his men getting needlessly killed as he sees them as both valuable resources that could be used later as well as real sentient beings with loved ones to return to. Amon refrains from undertaking bold tactical manuevers without doing risk assessment and always observes his opponents' moves and attempts to put himself in their shoes. He always takes the initiative and is ready to take advantage of any opportunity that arises from the battlefield. Amon highly values unit cohesion and has transformed Tsel-Tzavak as a well-organized cohesive unit contrasted with the loosely-managed multinational forces of the Earth Union Government.

Amon Preparing Himself for Battle

Contrasted with religious zealots holding key posts in the power structure of the military; Amon lacks religious devotion and ideals to clout his mind during battle. He states that honor and compassion has no place in battle and actively seeks to exploit those qualities on the majority noblemen officers of the Royal Intermundusian Army during the war. Among his men, Amon is a smooth-talker and one that they could depend on during desperate times. He seeks to have them well-fed, rested, and disciplined to raise morale and to implant a sense of loyalty among his subordinates. Amon is willing to risk himself in battle by being involved in the forefront of the war to both inspire his men and enjoy the exhilariting thrill of war. In addition, his advances primarily focuses on acquiring integral territorial lands or installations rather than shallowly penetrating further to enemy territory risking overextension. Keeps his men at bay in Greenland and a token force in Iceland; protected by the winterstorm to drive out EUG forces.

One of Amon's glaring flaws is his competitive nature with other military officers of Tsel-Tzavak which puts a toll on communication between commanders and units which might bite him in the future. Amon is always at odds with A'lav Magnus and considered him as a rival as Amon is currently vying for greater power in Tsel-Tzavak. Yet he respects him as a warrior but not necessarily a fellow military commander. Let alone be subordinated to a brute like him that doesn't know strategy which is the source of conflict between the two. But at the end of the day, Amon takes twisted enjoyment out of war and only seeks to fight opponents much stronger than him to fullfil his desires to better his combat capabilities without any underlying ulterior motives.

Political Opinions

Witch Hunt and Barbarism Runs Amok

Man's Carnal Instinct Unleashed
Amon's image as the devil draws inspiration from the Abrahamic perception of Satan, LaVeyan Satanism, and John Milton's Paradise Lost. Seen as a Prometheus-like figure of liberty and individual empowerment. As well as a rebel figure to the unjust establishment and structures of power since in his rebellion against Kaizar Viridi I of Solaria and his vocal criticism of Grand Admiral Dominus. Amon emphasizes indulgence, vengeance, autonomy, and an exalting life. Unorthodox and contrarian in every way to the orderly religious values espoused by Cosmos Zion. For he believes that man is a God of his own world with them creating things on their own and forging their own destiny with their own free will. Not pre-ordained by a Godly figure. He is intensely atheistic and misotheistic.

Amon is a hyper-individualist and utilitarian in every way who sees everybody only as a means to an end and is simply apathetic to the concerns of others unless it directly affects him. He is staunchly nihilistic who sees the world as meaningless and absurd. While he sees the world as meaningless and devoid of an afterlife; this gives him the justification to do whatever he wants, even trampling onto others, and simply advocated to enjoy the material life for what it is and forget about spiritualism. He wants both man and Xenoids to tap onto their carnal desires and primal emotions without being bounded by the moralistic chains of society or any institution. As he sees religion like Omnianism or Christianity and even the government as barriers to man reaching their true potential. He can be described as an anarchist in a certain way.

A Social Darwinist and politically apathetic; he lives by what his prideful carnal instinct dictates and isn't altruistic in every other way. He views morals as man-made and conveniently created to maintain order, even an unjust one, and has stood by his philosophy of freely doing things without moral consequences or consideration but rather that of self-interest pragmatism. An Existentialist taken to the extremes; he seeks to forge his own life and destiny through his own acts of free will as an ubermensch rather than believing in the divine pre-ordained. He has expressed token support for bodily autonomy and scientific advancements but only cares about fighting with ultra violence either way.

"Omnianism and religion in general has destroyed the ideal values of man. They shun the values of the strong, unwavering, and domineering. They indulge in meekness, defeatism, pacifism, and weakness as virtues. Envious of their shortcomings; they substituted the good values of strong-willed men with that of gentleness and weakness. Passing it off as righteous. This mindset is what I want to destroy in the Xenoids."
~ Amon, on religious ressentiment

Against All Gods
He criticized religious institutions and the concept of God itself. He criticizes the orthodox dogma of religion like Omnianism where one follows its guidelines without question and isn't open to criticism simply because it is "God's will". Especially so with the fact that the religious Sabhis (rabbis) of the Guardian Council of Cosmos Zion are far from being moral guardians and are hypocrites for indulging in sinful corruption. He has stated that religion is used as a tool by the religious political elite of Cosmos Zion to deviate its populace from material suffering into spiritual worship as well as using it as a tool to maintain order and control over the Xenoids through dogma. Amon lambasted the pious for their herd conformity and how those that dare to be different are criticized and shunned as "deviant" in a "Us vs Them" mentality. He sees religion as the death of self-autonomy, reason, and individual expression and the submission to a supposed omnipotent entity born from man-made fantasy.

He is opposed to the herd mentality of religion present in religions like Omnianism that gave birth to lynch mobs and mob mentality that ensues in every moral panic. Where logic and reason is thrown out of the window and emotions clout judgement that results in further bloodshed. Shown when nations of the world began massacring Omnianists and so-called "deviants" that deviated from their moral standards. When God and prophets espoused values of peace and tolerance; their followers kill in the name of religion and espouse their own interpretation of religion as they please. While unleashing carnal rage was Amon's intention; this mob mentality exposed religion for what it is in the world of Cosmos Zion and presents a hypocritical side to its followers.

Amon sees religion as not-so subtle form of manipulation where man is indoctrinated since birth to worship a being that they don't know for certain exists without question, frightened by the prospect of hell as a deterrence to remind them to blindly worship God, and forced into herd conformity with one's surrounding community. Severing ties with God by becoming an atheist is what Amon views as an act of "the liberation of one self" as spiritual needs, restrictions, requirements, and dogma are lifted and that man can freely do whatever he wants without moral consequence. He also dislikes how religion restricts intellectual freedom and expression by labeling certain works or beliefs as blasphemous. He also sees it as an opium where the pious indulge themselves in fantasies of worshipping God to the point of becoming numb to the oppression around them and distracts from what matters in life. Creating echo-chambers of their own where they continue on insist that their version of God is right and would even desire to kill in the name of God.

Furthermore, he questions God's or Ronuva's agenda in allowing evil to happen. Especially misfortune befalling upon His own followers. Massacres inflicted on Omnianists that happened freely without God's divine intervention repelled him from touching religion much closer. Questioned if He really does exists in the first place. He views God as outright "evil" through the divine retributions that left thousands of lives dead and simply indifferent with the welfare of His own creation. He views God as a wrathful and malicious demiurge who inflicted chaos on the world and do morally-reprehensible things as He sees fit with His own divine own power. Like when Ronuva destroyed the Xenoid's home universe of Solaria during the Ba'dan Cataclysm. All the more mind-blogging when the Xenoids continue to worship Ronuva which suggests that there's a diagnosis of Stockholm Syndrome going on with religion.

Overall, he criticizes God for being a wrathful entity that punishes those who do not worship Him and views Him as no different than the devil himself. He finds it a necessity for man to ascend from their degenerated, subservient position of worshiping him to become Gods of their own through scientific advancements in enhancing their physique and become spiritual beings higher than God himself. As one of the reasons why divine beings banished both humans and Xenoids from heaven was due to their fear of them having the capability and potential to become higher than God.

Absurdism, Nihilism, and Jokerism...
Amon finds it amusing that man continues to superstitiously blame all acts of evil on so-called supernatural beings like demons for all of society's ailment when he took on the mantle of the Xenoid's devil. Especially so when Amon lives in a religious theocratic society and has been to an post-apocalyptic Earth that has become religious and superstitious. They continue to use symbols like angels, demons, and God to make sense of the unknown of the universe. Yet Amon believes that man is his own devil. Beasts ruled by an ever-present sense of survival, a raw primal and selfish notion that validates our existence and worth.

This is where Amon's views clash with Grand Admiral Dominus. Amon views the world in a morally gray outlook compared to the black-white idealistic worldview of the Exilarch. Dominus believes that man is born with the tendency to do good whereas Amon views man as selfish, deceptive SOBs fueled by their own desires. Dominus finds it necessary for the Xenoids to play the role of civilizing the humans while Amon views both humans and Xenoids as simply no different where both do atrocious thing done in the name of survival. Dominus is an altruistic man whereas Amon is an Objectivist taken to the extremes. It is hard to reconcile both beliefs but there's always an equilibrium and a synthesis in the end.

I Realized That Amon is Just Like Heath Ledger's Joker

The war between Xenoids and humans opened another perspective for Amon. He views the war as a conflict between the impulses and reason of man. Views both humans and Xenoids guilty for letting the former overtake the latter. From the Xenoid perspective; the Xenoids are viewed as morally superior lifeforms that stood for morals, civilization, order, and reason from a society with advanced technology. Whereas the humans are seen as barbaric creatures purely driven by impulse that want nothing more than self-preservation and satisfaction. As the war between Xenoids and humans broke out and continues; this notion of a dichotomy begans to wade and the lines of what beings a human or Xenoids begins to blur. With the Xenoids retreating into some of their most disgusting, violent, xenophobic base impulses just to survive in a war that threatens their existence.

He seeks to destroy society's sense of "illusory superiority" as a social disruptor. In the case of the Xenoids and humans, they think too much of themselves. The Xenoids with their perceived moral and intellectual superiority over the humans as well as the humans clinging onto their "natural sanctity of the human body". Dominus believed that people are inherently righteous and moral but Amon like Hobbes doesn't. If Hobbes believed that without law and order, both humans and Xenoids would devolve to their most barbaric and impulse-driven state in a nightmare of a society then Amon is willing to destroy that order. Turning "civilized" people into animals. Already been into the wasteland of Earth filled with raiders and slavers which he deems wasteland society as ideal. A hard-core nihilist, he doesn't find any value in a law that suppresses basic human and Xenoid nature nor does he believe that the Xenoids are superior than the humans. He believes them to be as s****y as the humans.

Amon has a stake on the Intercivilizational War between the Xenoids of Zion and the humans of the EUG. He sees the war as an opportunity for the Xenoids to confront their "shadows" as Carl Jung puts it. To shatter their illusory superiority and devolve them into their primal state amidst the war. As a militaristic jingoist, he wants to prolong the war to break the otherwise pacifistic spirits of the Omnianist Xenoids and turn them into zealots. Break the back of the weak and turning them into warrior-spirited people. Adding fuel to the human - Xenoid tensions through military attrocities to cause fear and resentment towards humans to unleash their repressed anger. Dragging their levels down to his. Like Eliyahu, he isn't fond of Dominus' idealism, his religious-moral inhibition, and "turn the other cheek" approach to the war as Dominus desires for a peace settlement with the humans.
