The East Asian Economic Accord

Signed by The Imperial Sinjōist State of Hanguk-Nippon, The united chinese republic, Hokoan, The 3rd Tsardom of East Sakhlin, Chiangari, and Lianhua zhi cheng

The delegations hereby present at Jotan Seigyo Hotel (조丹清교 ホ텔) in Jotan (조丹), Hanguk-Nippon (한국-日本), shall agree to all provisions annexed therein to this treaty as listed in the separate articles outlaying the basis for mutual agreement and amity.

This treaty shall be produced in multiple copies. The Hanguk-Nipponese version of the treaty shall be considered utterly equivalent to the treaty in English and Mandarin Chinese.

The Hanguk-Nipponese delegation and Chinese delegation shall hereby be referred to as the High Contracting Parties, other names shall not be restricted to Parties and Signatories.

Desiring to establish formal relations through the means of a treaty.

Respecting the delegations as holding equal plenipotentiary powers, given to the head of the delegation. His Excellency Chief Foreign Secretary Itsuki Gakyō (가京 이己) of Hanguk-Nippon, and His Excellency Ye Yonghao (叶勇豪), Ambassador of the United Chinese Republic shall all be granted full plenipotentiary powers for the duration of the negotiations and amendments that may follow.

Wishing for enhanced trade deregulations and more open
mutual exchanges between the two states, in the good sense that they may wish to further extend their cooperation to other sectors.

Understanding the need for common exchange and the officialization of relations between friendly nations.

Reaffirming a state of friendly and peaceful relations between Hanguk-Nippon and China, and the historical importance of the two countries to the history of East Asia.

Granting the respective governments of the parties to duly ratify this treaty when necessary.

Moving forwards with the prospect of mutual cooperation and understanding between the two states.

Seeks to establish the East Asian Economic Accord to better tie the two states politically, economically, and provide more incentives for both parties involved.

The present parties at Jotan have agreed to the terms as follows.

Article I

The states involved in this treaty agree to all provisions and in good faith, promise to not break them under any circumstances.

Article II

Hanguk-Nippon and The United Chinese Republic shall firmly establish and recognize formal ties with the signing of this treaty. The parties have wholeheartedly suggested that true permanent diplomatic missions be sent to each country.

Article III

The parties shall work towards integrating their economies towards a new common market, and the establishment of the East Asian Dollar (東동아시アド러, 东亚元) once deemed necessary.

The High Contracting Parties shall establish proper flight routes
and transport routes between the capitals, Seoul and Nanjing, (as well as Tokyo due to the population size).

Article IV

The High Contracting Parties shall work towards exemplary trade relations and the fostering of greater trade and economic cooperation.

Article V

The parties shall jointly establish cultural programs to better foster the people's relations and opinions between the two states.

Article VI

The ratifications shall be exchanged in Jotan. The agreement shall enter into force as soon as it is signed and promulgated.

Article VII

The parties shall guarantee mutual aid in the case of natural or humanitarian disaster to the citizens of each state.

Article VIII

If one of the party's trade is to be harmed or considered threatened by a their party, the other parties of the treaty are to come to the target party's aid.

Article IX

A summit between all signatories of this treaty is to take place every year. The summit is meant for the discussion of current issues, and the rectification of such problems. The heads of state and heads of government of each party are expected to be present at the summit.

Article X

The Organization of Asian Strategically Aligned States (OASAS) shall be established between the parties of this treaty. The members of OASAS shall partake in the measures set forth by this agreement. The members shall ensure increased cooperation in multiple sectors.

Article XI

This treaty may be amended within 15 days with request by any party. Any further amendments must be submitted to the Foreign Secretariat and must receive approval. A nation may withdraw from this treaty on one months written notice given in writing. The Treaty will remain in force during the notice period.
