India-Home Minister Election Guidelines

1.Election will be conducted during scheduled time only.No relaxation will be offered in this case.

2.The Election Regulator and will be monitoring the elections.

3.Only those in the Forum Citizens List will be allowed to vote.If a nation,who is not on the list has voted,he will be given a notice both on telegram and on the RMB.The nation must withdraw their vote within next 12 hours,if failed to do so,the nation won't be allowed in the next voters list of India.

4.Post handover and oath ceremony,after the elections will be handled by Election Regulator.

5.No embassy requests will be sent/accepted during the election process.

6.A specail button of 'NOTA' (None of The Above) will be given for thoses who don't want to vote for any party.

7.Election Results,surveys and reports will be released within next 24 hours by the election commission.

8.Election will be held on our forum poll,no relaxation will be given in this case.

9.The party gaining a majority of atleast 45% votes will be declared as the new Home Minister,and will acquire the officie within next 24 hours.This point is added to ensure proper democratic practices and encourage positive coalitions between parties.

10.This election will be party based elections,so it is not necessary to disclose the candidate of party before elections.

11.Independent Candidates are also allowed to participate in the elections,but cannot join any political party for next 10 days,after the commencement of elections.

12.The first majority party will have 24 hours to declare their candidate after elections.If they fail to do so,government formation chance will be passed to the second majority.

13.Alliances cannot be formed after a candidate is chosen by the Election Commission as Home Minister.

14.All malpractices is banned during elections,including bribery and vote buying/selling.

15.Political Campaign must stop 24 hours before the election commencement.

16.Citizenship and Forum Registrations will still be going on during elections,but those gaining the citizen tag will only be granted the title after the election results.

1.Dates of Nomination for the election:14 April 2019 to 17 April 2019

2.All applications must be sent to:India Dispatch Office (On behalf of party only and only by party leaders)

3.Date for relase of final Voter List:18 April 2019

5.Election will be held from:19 April 2019 to 20 April 2019
