Religions in Shamalesia

Shamalesia does not actually consider any one religion as the official religion but instead believes firmly in the idea of Tolerance.To all tourists, do not be surprised to see any individual that has family members of different religions as it is a norm in the country.You would also find different places of worship being visited by people of different religions or even fasting during eid. According to the latest census : 30% of the population is Hindu,
26% is Christian and another 26% is Muslim. The rest comprise of Sikhs , Jews, Bhuddhists and Druze. People in Shamalesia live in unity and believe in peace and compassion.There is no compulsion in religion.
