The Trade Border (Strange Real RP)

Enactment on a policy that will be enforced by the military of the atomic islands. The waters in the Arctic ocean, in and around the Atomic Islands, will be a strict "No Fire" zone. Trade ships, military ships, and ships belonging personally to any citizen of the nation of Atomic industry islands, or any other nation wishing to sail within The Trade Border will have to abide by the following rules. Note any ship from any nation or other group are absolutely free to enter.

Specifications are that any ship that sails within waters close to the Atomic islands, will Have the freedom to trade with: Other trade ships, merchant ships, and with the our nation.

Any ship Cannot Fire upon any other ship or upon the land, Board other ships with hostile intent(Pillaging, raiding, commandeering), or purposefully ram one's ship into another.

Consequences are: If a ship breaks one of the "No Fire zone" rules, then they could face one or some of the following.

One time offence: ship will be held, and can be released for a small fine, wit addition to a small probation, and a pamphlet with a list of rules.

Second or repeated Offences: Ship will be escorted out of the water contained within the Trade Border, and warned that if they come back, they will be watched very closely.

No matter how many offences you have, If you continue to Fire, board, commandeer, or whatever rule you broke, military action can be taken, with permission to blow you ship sky high if action continues or if you are firing upon ships owned by Atomic Industry Islands.

Further Information:
If you enter with a military ship A. guns CAN be loaded but cannot be used.
If you get attacked by another ship, sound any warning sirens to get attention of the Atomic Island's Navy
You CAN Fire back at the attacking ship, BUT we ask that you refrain from doing so unless absolutely necessary. This is the ONLY exception to the "No Fire Zone", however you need sufficient evidence to determine if they Did attack you.

Further information concerning bi-ship trade:
Boarding another ship with intent to TRADE is allowed, however if it becomes hostile, it will be considered boarding with hostile intent.

Important:
All ships can use dry docks, shipyards, and wet docks in any port on the Atomic Islands, they can repair either on their own or buy materials, ships can port to trade and any other reason for docking, just make sure there is enough room in the dock.
