International Carmattan Council [Reinstated]

The fordines Official International Discussion

The International Carmattan Council (ICC), originally of the Middle North Pacific Islands is hereby reinstated, with the express purpose of imposing and suggesting regulation, overseeing regional administration, promoting and regulating discussions between nations, et cetera, for use by members of the Middle North Pacific Islands and other interested parties.

The ICC (named after Islandic Carmatta, a demolished nation-state to which the ICC movement is dedicated, and whose acts of blatant terrorism are not in any way condoned by said memorialization) will function as a parliament, congress, or other legislative body within the region.
The Council will allow any member nation to propose an “amendment” to the Code of Conduct. The members of each House will then vote. The citizens of the region will vote as well. The final vote of all nonmember citizens is considered equal to the vote of one member.

The ICC allows any nation in the Middle North Atlantic Islands to impact the laws and ideals of their fellow citizens, and all citizens thusly are automatically bound to said rules and regulations upon entering the region.

The International Carmattan Council is hereby begun as of the Eleventh of September, Two-Thousand and Twenty, after roughly 616 days since its initial installment.
