Democracy and protectionism action:

1: As a way to strengthen democracy within United Homeland:
The state will legalize gambling, and will remove "Compulsory Organ Harvesting policy", "Compulsory Organ Harvesting" policy, to ensure true freedom for the people of United Homeland.

2: However: the Capital Punishment policy will remain, To ensure the public safety from criminals and a stable war against terrorism.

Article 2:
Economical action:

1: Socialism will remain the economical system of united homeland, since replacing an economical system would create employment crisis and a collapse of the workforce:

Isolationism action:

1: The state have declared it loyalty to Israel and Israel only, and will stay a member of Israel only, and will communicate with Israel members only via telegrams or the regional message board.
