Treaty of Hohhot
SECTION ONE: NAME
In all future documents regarding this treaty, this treaty shall be referred to as the Treaty of Sapporo.
SECTION TWO: AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE SAKHALINSK EMPIRE AND ROSWAESIA
Article One. Roswaesia shall renounce all claims they have on the Sakhalinsk Empire, and shall desist from making any new claims.
Article Two. The Sakhalinsk Empire shall renounce all claims they have on Roswaesia, and shall desist from making any new claims.
Article Three. The Sakhalinsk Empire shall officially recognize Hanauma as the capital of Roswaesia.
Article Four. Roswaesia and the Sakhalinsk Empire shall sign a pact of non-aggression lasting indefinitely.
SECTION THREE: AMENDMENTS AND RATIFICATION
This Treaty shall be open for amendment for fifteen days after the last signatory has signed. After this period, the Treaty shall automatically be ratified and amendments shall only be made in a separate treaty. This Treaty can be ratified even before the conclusion of the fifteen-day amendment period by a plebiscite concluding with a supermajority vote of two-thirds of the signatories.
