The current flag of Africa consists of a white emblem of the African continent surrounded by a wreath, surrounded by red to the left and green to the right. A black stripe divides the flag into three parts.[/size]

These colors are used to symbolize the history and future of Africa. The red represents the hardships endured in the past while the black represents the people of Africa, and the green represents the prosperous future ahead.[/td][/tr]
