World Assembly Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 512
Repeal: “Condemn The Black Hawks”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #217 “Condemn The Black Hawks” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
Identifying the basis for SC#217 as a second warning to the world on the danger of the Black Hawks, a raider organization renowned not for its destructive capability, feats, or daring, but rather its longevity, a byproduct of historical mediocrity and operational reticence,
Noting that SC#217 only highlights these qualities of the Black Hawks, showcasing largely mediocre and minimally impactful operations headed by the supposedly feared raiding force, while the rest of the resolution leans on support for others achievements and the condemnation of individuals who, at one time or another, invoked notoriety for feats largely unrelated to the Black Hawks including:
Condemn Gest (SC#122), which mentions the Black Hawks in passing in one clause, and whose nominee was not heavily involved in the regions exploits,
Condemn Milograd (SC#77 and SC#97), which does not mention the Black Hawks whatsoever and whose despicable deeds, while enabled by the raider organization, could hardly be said to be wholly facilitated by them,
Condemn General Halcones (SC#165), which also does not mention the Black Hawks, referring only to their membership in a different region,
Noting that even if these condemnations drew weight to the Black Hawks name (which would be dubious, considering the devastation wreaked by these nations can hardly be attributed to the region itself), several of the mentioned Condemnations have since been repealed without replacement,
Further pointing out that the Support and Successful clauses, which highlight determinedly dreadful deeds by bad actors, specifically refer to efforts either only supported by the Black Hawks, as with the 2013 coup detat of the South Pacific, or not even involving them as a region, as with the individual infiltration of Osiris, an operation conducted by one nation, not by the larger group and thus not accreditable to them,
Examining further SC#217s claim that the Black Hawks have built a foundation for the argument that they should be the most feared raider organization in the world, with attention paid to the fact that the major evidence for this claim are weak including:
the Toppling subclause, which refers to delegacy streak breaks a largely inconsequential form of raid on regions listed that have relatively weak defenses, making this feat not nearly as weighty nor as difficult as the resolution makes it out to be,
the The Black Hawks subclause, which refers to a standard Security Council practice both before and after SC#217s passage to protect regions via Liberation passage, a response invoked by raider regions both large and small in contexts more dependent on the target than the raiding partys efforts,
the Invasions subclause, which points to regions like Hell, Canada, and Portugal, all of which have easily withstood the test of raider occupations and outlived any damage dealt by the Black Hawks efforts,
Expounding the fact that SC#217 fails to deliver on the argument that the Black Hawks actions are anywhere close to a level of severity deserving of interregional Condemnation, only bringing forth examples of tepid involvement in others misadventures or relatively unmemorable strikes that lack even basic detail into operational consequences, likely due to their relatively routine nature in cyclical military activity in Nationstates an apt description of the Black Hawks themselves, whose organization has hardly ever distinguished itself from a bug on the windshield wiper of history, never rising above the shadows of its contemporary raider peers,
Affirming that greater evidence, stronger proof, and a far more solid argument is necessary to warrant the ringing of interregional alarm bells, given that the existing resolutions fail to stand both against the test of time and of scrutiny,
Congratulating the Black Hawks for their continued persistence in the face of long-lived mediocrity,

Security Council Resolution # 513
Liberate Kelios
A resolution to strike down Delegate-imposed barriers to free entry in a region.
The Security Council,
Recognizing the noble virtues of free expression and republicanism that the inhabitants of Kelios hold firm and dear to their hearts, values shared with that of this council,
Understanding the fear that a community can face when struck by forces seeking to tear down the bonds of community and goodwill that this body seeks to protect,
Seeing how once again this fear has been forced upon a innocent region whose inhabitants sought to create a long lasting legacy of democracy and republican values,
Saddened by the timing of this attack being a clear and direct attack on Kelios democracy which was soon holding a new election for roles within the government,
Seeking to preemptively break down the walls that invading forces will inevitably attempt to construct around Kelios, giving a chance for the shining pillars of its democracy to go on into the next day,
Believing it is the duty of this august body to hamper any attempts at destruction of a community of this nature,

General Assembly Resolution # 750
Repeal: “Preventing Abuses in Conservatorship”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
General Assembly Resolution #739 “Preventing Abuses in Conservatorship” (Category: Regulation; Area of Effect: Legal Reform) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The World Assembly,
Acknowledging the positive intentions behind GA 739, in order to minimize the potential suffering that can occur through the misuses of conservatorships, and to preserve the ability for individuals with significant mental health issues to receive proper care, and
Questioning the World Assembly's role in implementing restrictions on specific legal services that largely have to do with the internal affairs of an individual nation, that does not pose an immediate and widespread humanitarian crisis, and
Disputing the success of the target at actually minimizing harm and suffering faced by conservatees, which face issues such as:
The scope limiting the resolution to cover conservatorships approved by three mental health specialists, as in Section 2, meaning that conservatorships imposed with the approval of fewer than three mental health specialists (including circumstances where no specialists approve) are not restricted by the resolution at all, and
Relying on member nations to set specific regulations, which fails to bring proper protective regulations to any nations which actively wishes to circumvent the principles behind the resolution, instead opting to only institute further protections in nations which already have the goodwill of conservatees in mind, and
No separate recognition process is needed for conservatorships given in non-members to be granted recognition by members, meaning that abusive conservators can receive a conservatorship in a non-member and have that be approved by a member with no further clarification needed, and
Concerned at the negative side effects this resolution creates, such as:
Clause 9(a) fully prohibits any former ambassador or staffer of the World Assembly to be placed under conservatorship, even if absolutely needed due to mental health issues, with no exceptions given under the scope of the target, and
Clause 6(b)'s requirement that one must aim for the full preservation of a conservatee's capital by a trustee prevents the use of capital for reasonable expenses, such as food, water, specialized treatment, and other expensive utilities which neither the state nor the conservator ought to pay for, and
Believing the best course of action is to repeal this resolution and let conservatorships be a matter handled by individual members, therefore
Repeals GA 739, 'Preventing Abuses in Conservatorship'.

Security Council Resolution # 514
Injunct Kelios
A resolution to forbid a region's conversion to or from a Frontier.
The Security Council,
Noticing the noble qualities that this body seeks to uphold such as self determination and the ideals of democracy,
Believing a shining example of these qualities is the region of Kelios, as a blossoming Frontier with a history of diplomatic connection and domestic prosperity,
Noting the horror that has befallen this region due to an attack by the forces of malevolence that seek to destroy what they themselves can not build,
Trusting that such a community deserves protection from such unwarranted destruction as to allow them to build a long lasting legacy that adheres to the principles of this most august of bodies,
Seeing how this council must take direct action to save Kelios from total rot and decay at the hands of these servants of corruption,
Hoping to prevent the permanent capture of Kelios by invading forces, in conjunction with the aid of liberating forces,

Security Council Resolution # 515
Repeal: “Injunct The Wellspring”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #477 “Injunct The Wellspring” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
Recognizing that flowers and fate are fickle, and that what once served to guard against potential destruction can also prevent safe harbor,
Seeking to guarantee the safe continuation of creative blooms that benefit so many and liven up the world with artwork and magic, and without which would leave the world less spirited, less colorful, and less inspired,
Sowing the seeds of a new dawn, where The Wellspring may tend to its gardens with greater care, weaving ever finer hedges to shelter its beauty, and cultivating a community that thrives for generations to come,
And ensuring that The Wellspring continues to be protected from outsiders who wish to do it harm, and that its peoples wish to safeguard their future the way they best see fit continues to be respected,
Hereby repeals SC#477: Injunct The Wellspring.
