The Federation of XPO Logistics is a massive, efficient nation, renowned for its ubiquitous missile silos, unlimited-speed roads, and parental licensing program. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 3.624 billion XPO Logisticsians are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. In their personal lives, however, citizens are relatively unoppressed; it remains to be seen whether this is because the government genuinely cares about its people, or if it hasn't gotten around to stamping out civil rights yet.

The medium-sized, corrupt, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Education, Law & Order, and Defense. The average income tax rate is 32.2%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The powerhouse XPO Logisticsian economy, worth 406 trillion lire a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a large, well-organized, broadly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing, Soda Sales, Uranium Mining, and Beef-Based Agriculture. The private sector mostly consists of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, but the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is an impressive 112,123 lire, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Power stations shutting down at night has made bedtime reading tricky, it is illegal to make racist remarks in public, the nation has always been at war with Bigtopia, and the new foreign policy is "why bother invading neighbours when they can be bought wholesale?". Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. XPO Logistics's national animal is the cobra.

XPO Logistics is ranked 2,653rd in the world and 150th in Osiris for Lowest Crime Rates, with 72.88 law-abiding acts per hour.
