The Federation of Witcheria is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Henry with an even hand, and renowned for its compulsory military service, complete absence of social welfare, and spontaneously combusting cars. The hard-nosed, hard-working population of 3.653 billion Witcherians enjoy some of the most opulent lifestyles in the region, unless they are unemployed or working-class, in which case they are variously starving to death or crippled by easily preventable diseases.

The minute, pro-business government, or what there is of one, is primarily concerned with Defense, although Spirituality and Education are also considered important, while Social Policy and International Aid are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Caville. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 5.1%.

Crime is a serious problem, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Witcheria's national animal is the reindeer, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Devotion to Henry.
