The Republic of Whole India is a massive, safe nation, ruled by President Harsh Thakur with an even hand, and notable for its free-roaming dinosaurs, aversion to nipples, and devotion to social welfare. The hard-nosed population of 3.785 billion Whole Indians are prohibited from doing almost everything except voting, which they do timidly and conservatively.

The medium-sized, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Administration, and Defense. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Delhi. The average income tax rate is 84.9%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Whole Indian economy, worth 641 trillion Rupees a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is broadly diversified, is led by the Information Technology industry, with major contributions from Arms Manufacturing, Tourism, and Retail. Average income is an impressive 169,457 Rupees, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Droves of former desperados are applying to join the border police, a baby's first breath is also a baby's first felony, student athletes gaze forlornly at abandoned Tigerball fields, and attendance of fathers at PTA meetings is at an all-time high. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Whole India's national animal is the Tiger, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Hinduism.

Whole India is ranked 81,228th in the world and 25th in India for Most Extreme, scoring 21.86 on the Paul-Nader Subjective Decentrality Index.
