The Nomadic Peoples of Wadj-Wer is a colossal, orderly nation, ruled by Heka-Dalit with an iron fist, and renowned for its compulsory military service, daily referendums, and frequent executions. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, devout population of 9.573 billion Wadj-Weries are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.
