Organisation, Doctrine and Policies of the Royal Vulkaniyan Military (incomplete)

(Note: This is a rudimentary, non-final and fluid document, which will be expanded as I have time to do so. Expect addition, omission, revision, reshuffling, etc.)

I. His Royal Majesty the High King of Vulkaniya shall be Supreme Commander of all branches of the Royal Vulkaniyan Military and Armed Forces.

II. The Royal Vulkaniyan High Command shall exercise direct control of the Royal Vulkaniyan Military and Armed Forces, being subordinate only to His Royal Majesty the High King of Vulkaniya.

III. The Commander in Chief of the Royal Vulkaniyan Military shall be Head of the Royal Vulkaniyan High Command, subordinate in rank and authority only to His Royal Majesty the High King of Vulkaniya.

IV. The Royal Vulkaniyan High Command shall be appointed directly by His Royal Majesty the High King of Vulkaniya.

V. The Royal Vulkaniyan Armed Forces shall be ultimately exclusively subservient to His Royal Majesty the High King of Vulkaniya.

I. The Rank Structure of the Royal Vulkaniyan Military shall be as stated in Article I, Section II of this document.

II. The Rank Structure of the Royal Vulkaniyan Army shall be as follows, in descending order:
