Baterium is a metal with low strength, a very high melting point, and extremely low weight, it can be easily cut to specific shapes and is not very abrasive when cut, but is when uncut, it is also soft and not suitable for building. Now for the purpose, Baterium has a special ability to absorb electricity from surrounding matter. The electricity is stored inside of holes of the metal (there are many) and can be sucked out and released with the proper technologies (3 Year research) once this research is done you will be able to release all electricity stored inside in whatever way you want. It can store 10x the strongest battery in the world (247 Wh/kg, which gives it a storage of 2,470 Wh/kg.)
