Independence War of 1834
The Independence War of 1834 was a independence war in the Herzoslovakian Republic of Dictators (now known as United States of dictators).History
The Herzoslovakian Republic of Dictators was formed on 11th June 1765 when settlers from Herzoslovakia discovered this new land. The Herzoslovakian Republic of Dictators was 5 times bigger than Herzoslovakia in size, and 10 times bigger in population. It was a gold mine for Herzoslovakia, with 80% of its natural resources being imported from HRD, The Herzoslovakian economy grew exponentially, and also improved the quality of life.
Motivation for War
However, as Herzoslovakia grew, the native people in HRD were accusing the government of mistreatment and discrimination of the native population. Although quality of life grew in Herzoslovakia, life in HRD continued to go down as the government was ignoring the HRD, the natives said they were being treated as if they and their land was material that could be used for money, rather than improving lives of the natives. This caused a rise in nationalism in HRD and called for independence from Herzoslovakia.
Independence Movement
The Independence Movement was led by Andrew Aiden, who was popular among Dictatorisians for his strong stance against Herzoslovakia. He was later known to become the Foundering Father of the United States of dictators. Andrew along with his two friends, Archer Artemis and Austin Asher formed the Dictatorisian Free State, which was declared on 7th November 1832, He made a speech to natives calling for their support against Herzoslovakia.
Response from Herzoslovakia
After Andrew made his speech, the talk of war reached the Government of Herzoslovakia, who responded harsly by shutting down local business in HRD, a 48 day nationwide curfew and a nationwide military crackdown. The Government also planned to arrest and execute Andrew Aiden, Archer Artemis and Austin Asher for treason against the state. The government also sent out leaflets in HRD with warnings that anyone who dared opposed the state would face severe punishment.
Protests of 17th February 1833
On 17th February 1833, Andrew and his associates planned a protest in the capital of HRD, Locester. He had also called his followers to join the protest, over 500,000 people had took part in the protest which was met with harsh response from the National Police. Who had fired with shotguns on people who tried to protest, around 100,000 people had died on that day from gunshot wounds, while another 245,000 had been severely injured. The protest also took a huge toll the National Police, with around 30,000 policemen dying and over 70,000 policemen being injured. The protesters also destroyed many government buildings in Locester.
Government Response to the protests
The government had refused to address the protests to the public, however the government was aware of the situation in HRD and commenced a military operation in HRD on 20th February 1833, the plan of the operation was to kill as many civilians and natives in HRD, and also to capture Andrew Aiden. The operation consisted of over 1 million soldiers from all branches of the Herzoslovakian Armed Forces. The operation took place on the night of 23th February 1833 and the military had managed to kill over 500,000 civilians. And also managed to capture Austin Asher, an associate of Andrew Aiden. Austin Asher was transported to Herzoslovakia from HRD where he would be facing execution.
The Independence War
On 22nd February Andrew said that he had enough of the government and formally declared war on Herzoslovakia, about 3,000,000 volunteers from Herzoslovakia had joined the war on Andrew's side. The war was bloody, with 5,000,000 civilians losing their lives, Additionally 789,000 soldiers had died during battle. The war went on for a deadly 13 months and formally ended with a peace treaty on 6th March 1834.

Andrew had been offered by the people to serve as the First President, but he had refused, saying that he believed that the United States of dictators should be an democratic country.
