The Constitutionnal Republic of Triskelia is a massive, efficient nation, ruled by the Autarch Armand Caespian with an iron fist, and notable for its rum-swilling pirates, infamous sell-swords, and smutty television. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless, devout population of 1.491 billion Triskelians are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Triskelia's national animal is the Raccoon, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Tetrakist Christianity.
