The Imperium Collectives, officially the Northern Lordships and Gaelic Isles of the Nordic Imperium Collectives and previously known as the Royal Kalmar Imperium, is a union of sovereign states under a federal monarchy located in extended Fennoscandia and the north Atlantic. Commonly termed the Imperium Collectives, the Imperium refers to historic ties between the core three Nordic countries, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, while Collectives is an ambiguous and flexible term originating from early 20th-century political movements. The population is approximately 36.92 million. Its host capital and most populous city, Mariahøst, has a population of 1.2 million. The federal organized government is composed of the three principal Lordships, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, and five constituencies, Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Svalbard, and Finland-Karelia. The Isle of Mann, Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney, and Shetland are special dependencies joint administered by the governments of the Imperium Collectives and the Union of Brittania. The Baltic states, long holding observer status in the Union, applied and was granted official position in the Imperium.

The currency is the Kronemark (symbol 𝒦). GDP ranking totals to 2.96 trillion (𝒦2,960,000,000,000) and per capita reaching 80,000. The economy is organized under a state-planned socialist model, with government expenditure about 50% of the GDP for 1.48 trillion in spending. Funding is primarily driven towards welfare, education, and environment. National defense relies on mandatory conscription and military education, however only about 50 thousand personnel are actively armed and in service. In recent years the Imperium economy has shifted towards a more open market, previously autarkic in nature, exports have increased substantially, predominantly in the specialized markets of information and research services, as well as certain manufacturing industries. Food resource scarcity is the primary import and a notable concern throughout the Imperium, with increasing reliance on other European powers.

Industry is comprised of information technologies, medical research, and weapons development. Tourism too contributes significantly. Fishing, alcohol production, and dairy products play a smaller economic role that also maintains relative self-sustainability, ultimately however increasing demand necessitates high imports, especially in basic agricultural foodstuffs. Renewable resources and extensive clean energy projects runs the nation's high power usage. Internationally, the Imperium Collectives maintains its high rankings human development and is renowned for its environmental beauty, due to sizable expenditures spent towards environmental protectionism. Within the Imperium a number of higher institutions devoted to liberal arts and humanities allow the cultural impact to remain significant globally.
