The Nytoan Winter (And its freak storms)

Nytoa due to its location and history of Bio/Chemical tests has evolved a very weird climate. Every once in a while a freak storm hits and results in extreme cold and snow. Nytoa almost always has deep snow and is a very cold country. Nytoa also has a very cold winter meaning most stuff jams in the winter and in freak storms, tanks are immobilized to the Nytoan military that isn't a big problem as Nytoa only has a few tanks.
