New Environment?

Today I am considering expanding Sincluda's borders to include the forests past Vantage Peak. Those forests do not have any protection, and I am hoping not only to preserve nature, but to increase the natural beauty of Sincluda. As for those hoping to annex the land for resources, I am sure they will find that the tourism industry is just as effective at bettering the economy.
