The People's Republic of Seychellia is a massive, genial nation, ruled by The National Proletariat Council with a fair hand, and notable for its lack of airports, infamous sell-swords, and punitive income tax rates. The compassionate, democratic population of 1.751 billion Seychellians love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

The enormous, socially-minded, outspoken government juggles the competing demands of Education, Administration, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Caput Populi. The average income tax rate is 93.0%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Seychellian economy, worth 200 trillion lire a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is quite specialized, is mostly made up of the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Beef-Based Agriculture, Basket Weaving, and Tourism. Average income is an impressive 114,519 lire, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Fake designer clothes are shredded and burnt while many in the world don't have a shirt on their back, fixing attendance at women's matches is a matter of "when they go low, we go high... funding", tourists outnumber citizens two to one, and the poor are often seen pale and dizzy after selling their blood to make ends meet. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Seychellia's national animal is the cow, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Seychellia is ranked 4,914th in the world and 14th in The Region That Has No Big Banks for Most Advanced Public Transport, scoring 4,294.36 on the Societal Mobility Rating.
