Who am I?
I am a 28 year old guy, living in the southeastern part of the Netherlands. My faith is very important to me. That's why this nation is modelled after the diocese where I live. I'm fond of history so I'm trying to recreate the diocese as it was when it was just several decades old.

Please forgive me the mistakes that I make when writing in English. I have only started learning that language from about the age of twelve at school and I've never been particularly good at it. The dictionary is my best friend.

The subjects that I loved at school were chemistry, physics, Latin, biology and philosophy (in no particular order). I then studied chemistry at the Radboud university in Nijmegen. After my internship at a laboratory, I realised that it was a working environment that would slowly burn up all my energy, I was just not fit for the job. Being an orderly person, I was always clearing up the mess that others left behind and I certainly didn't like their mentality. Furthermore, a lot of them didn't speak Dutch and since I'm not very fluent in English, communication was tough.

I then started to follow classes on how to become a good chemistry teacher. Since receiving my Master's degree in chemistry in 2017, I've been working with great joy at a school in the southern part of the Netherlands. I really like discussions with my students and those rare moments when they come to say thank you.
