The Empire of Rhetiaa is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Her Imperial Majesty Empress Odet with an iron fist, and renowned for its complete lack of prisons, irreverence towards religion, and devotion to social welfare. The compassionate, cynical population of 13.272 billion Rhetiaans are ruled with an iron fist by the dictatorship government, which ensures that no-one outside the party gets too rich. Doctors prescribe medicines but they rarely dispense hope or compassion, lovesick people are told 'it's not them, it's you', the navy's new flotilla is gonna be a thrilla, and elderly citizens regularly buy posh multimillion-Dollar mansions. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Rhetiaa's national animal is the Phoenix, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is The Church of Rhetiaa.
