Declaration on Realm of the Whispering Winds
A resolution to express a position on international affairs and obligations.
The Security Council,
Outraged at the attempted removal without consent by forces operating under the auspices of Security Council Resolution #499 Liberate Realm Of The Whispering Winds and Security Council Resolution #500 Injunct Realm Of The Whispering Winds of the native delegate and captain Xvraks as recognized in Security Council Resolution #498 Repeal: Liberate Realm Of The Whispering Winds,
Ashamed that many of the forces which had requested Security Council intervention had to be unceremoniously banned and ejected from the region by the native delegate,
Disappointed that the powers of the Security Council were abused to lend support to such an odious incident,
Concerned that the loss of native delegate influence will negatively impact regional security,
Declares that it is the desire of the Security Council that forces being supported by its resolutions respect the principles of regional self-determination and the peaceful transfer of power and operate with the consent of all key stakeholders in the region at all times.

International security funds
A resolution to express a position on international affairs and obligations.
International Humanitarian Law (IHL): Also known as the law of armed conflict, IHL governs the conduct of armed conflict and seeks to protect civilians, prisoners of war, and other non-combatants. It includes principles such as distinction (between combatants and non-combatants), proportionality (in the use of force), and precautions (to minimize harm to civilians).
United Nations Charter: The UN Charter is a foundational document that establishes the principles and framework for international peace and security. It prohibits the use of force in international relations except in self-defense or when authorized by the UN Security Council.
Arms Control and Disarmament Agreements: These agreements seek to limit the production, proliferation, and use of weapons of mass destruction (such as nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons) as well as conventional arms. Examples include the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) and the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC).
Counter-Terrorism Laws: International legal frameworks addressing terrorism include conventions such as the International Convention for the Suppression of Terrorist Bombings and the International Convention for the Suppression of the Financing of Terrorism. These agreements aim to prevent and combat terrorist acts, including by addressing the financing and support of terrorist organizations.
Cybersecurity Laws: With the increasing importance of cybersecurity, there are international efforts to develop legal frameworks for addressing cyber threats and protecting critical infrastructure. The Budapest Convention on Cybercrime is an example of an international treaty focusing on combating cybercrime.
Peacekeeping and Conflict Resolution: International law also governs peacekeeping operations conducted by the United Nations and other organizations. It includes principles such as consent of the parties, impartiality, and the non-use of force except in self-defense and defense of the mandate.
Human Rights and Security: International human rights law intersects with security laws, ensuring that security measures are consistent with human rights standards and principles. This includes safeguards against arbitrary detention, torture, and other violations of human rights in the context of security operations.
These international security laws play a crucial role in promoting global peace, preventing conflicts, protecting human rights, and addressing security challenges in an increasingly interconnected world.
