The Sovereign Unified Nation of Pepbitar is a gargantuan, cultured nation, ruled by Primarch Pepbitar the 5th of Caer Powys with an even hand, and remarkable for its museums and concert halls, compulsory vegetarianism, and free-roaming dinosaurs.
