Maxtopian tourists make expensive pilgrimages to Panorama Paradise City to enjoy their national art, tax evaders are regularly visited by agents of the Panorama Paradise Blood Tithe, a little pushing and pulling is needed for big ships to pass, and citizens are now allowed to discuss whether Leader is the greatest ruler ever or simply the greatest ruler of this generation. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Panorama Paradise's national animal is the Lion, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.
