The Queendom of Nikita XV is a colossal, safe nation, notable for its restrictive gun laws and stringent health and safety legislation. The cynical population of 9.85 billion Nikita XVians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The medium-sized, moralistic, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defense, and Welfare. The average income tax rate is 36.4%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but sluggish Nikita XVian economy, worth 214 trillion pesos a year, is quite specialized and mostly made up of the Trout Farming industry, with significant contributions from Automobile Manufacturing, Basket Weaving, and Furniture Restoration. Black market activity is notable. State-owned companies are common. Average income is 21,805 pesos, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Nikita XV's national animal is the tiger.
