The Royally Clueless Feederite of Moonfungus is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by Moon with an iron fist, and remarkable for its smutty television, anti-smoking policies, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless population of 3.17 billion Cluelessians are ruled with an iron fist by the corrupt, dictatorship government, which oppresses anyone who isn't on the board of a Fortune 500 company. Large corporations tend to be above the law, and use their financial clout to gain ever-increasing government benefits at the expense of the poor and unemployed.

The relatively small, corrupt, moralistic government juggles the competing demands of Industry, Education, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Dangotopia. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 7.6%.

The frighteningly efficient Cluelessian economy, worth 425 trillion clueless moons a year, is broadly diversified and dominated by the Book Publishing industry, with significant contributions from Door-to-door Insurance Sales, Information Technology, and Woodchip Exports. Black market activity is notable. Average income is an impressive 134,310 clueless moons, but there is a vast disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 868,993 per year while the poor average 8,330, a ratio of 104 to 1.

The sun now sets on the Cluelessian Empire, the government is funding experimental battery technology while the power grid continues to crumble, seven-year-olds debate for weeks on the merits of the Oxford comma, and Moon's exquisite office door is replaced monthly due to angry petitioners. Crime, especially youth-related, is relatively low, despite the fact that it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many laws. Moonfungus's national animal is the Botan, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation.
