The Armed People of Milimuppet is a massive, efficient nation, ruled by Federal Council with an iron fist, and notable for its teetotalling pirates, free-roaming dinosaurs, and suspicion of poets. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless population of 1.34 billion Milimuppetians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The relatively small, corrupt, well-organized government is primarily concerned with Defense, although Education, Law & Order, and Administration are also considered important, while Spirituality and Environment aren't funded at all. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 27.4%.

The all-consuming Milimuppetian economy, worth 189 trillion Bullets a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with major contributions from Information Technology, Uranium Mining, and Beef-Based Agriculture. There are no more heroes any more, torture is commonly used to extract information from suspected criminals, new safety regulations require all cars manufactured in Milimuppet to be bombproof, and the government extracts trade concessions from poor nations in exchange for humanitarian aid. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Milimuppet's national animal is the Gun, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Sandtholicism.
