Awarded to a nation who has contributed significantly to the region Libertatem or The Libertatem Empire. For outstanding service and a long history of commitment, hard work, responsibility, and loyalty to the region and/or the Empire.

The Founder will post on the RMB and to the entire region these words when a nation has won the Founder's Medal of Freedom:

For outstanding contributions to Libertatem and her allies, and for supporting the cause of liberty and justice, the nation [nation name] is hereby awarded the Founder's Medal of Freedom. We salute you, [nation name], for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to our freedom and the freedom of others.

Only the founder may give an award of this kind to a Libertatem nation. They shall be rarely given (few and far between). Nations who have earned the Medal are required to make a factbook entry about it if they so choose to accept the award.
